McMahon's then offer you the opportunity to select from one of two types of conference / interview transcription. For example for police interviews, court interviews and other interviews of this nature, it is necessary that all speech is included in the document. However, for market research groups or discussions, often the client is only interested in the relevant information and is not interested in the "ums, ifs and buts" or the frequent changes of mind that can often be said during speech. Therefore, you are able to choose which of these options suits your requirements best.
 
McMahon's understand that an incredibly high level of accuracy is required for both conference and interview transcription and all our typists have a great deal of experience transcribing conferences and interviews. This is very important as often participants in a focus group, or people during one on one interviews, can talk over each other, become excited or talk at a frantic pace, which makes the audio difficult to hear at times.
 
We consider confidentiality to be of the upmost importance and understand that often interview / conference work is of a highly sensitive and confidential nature. Therefore, we can offer encryption services for clients that prefer work to be sent this way. Further, we are also more than happy to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to the commencement of work.
